Peggy Howell is the Executive Director for the Lazarus Project, a center-based provider of Intensive Early Intervention for young children with autism. Peggy is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in Sociology.
Peggy has dedicated her career to serving children and their families. She has 20 years of experience managing and directing programs serving children in Rule 5, Rule 8, and CTSS programs. Her leadership has resulted in record years for every company she has served. Her professional move to the autism community came after seeing her niece recover following EIBI treatment.
She is currently a member of the Autism Treatment Association of Minnesota and serves on the Executive Board.
Peggy’s family includes four daughters ranging from age 9 to 23. She and her husband Marlan live in Cottage Grove.
