John F. Mulligan is a partner at the law firm of Mulligan & Bjornnes PLLP. John graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.A. in Biology in 2004 and he graduated from University of Minnesota Law School in 2009. He joined Mulligan & Bjornnes as an associate in 2009 and became a partner at the firm in 2016. John’s practice focuses on working with small business owners and clients in the areas of civil litigation, business law and real estate. John has been impressed by the dedication and commitment of the ABA Providers with whom he has had the pleasure of working. John joined the board of the Autism Recovery Foundation in December of 2021.
